Warranty Policy
All RAF Appliances are warranted as mentioned in this warranty card from the date of purchase by
the user against defects in material and workmanship (fair wear and tear expected), our obligation
being free replacement or repair of any defective part of parts which come within the scope of
this warranty, the complete product being returned carriage paid to us or authorised Service
Centre, subject to the following conditions:
- Genuine parts of our manufacturer are used all the time.
- Normal replacement parts are not covered under this warranty Eg. Attachments.
- The appliance is not damaged or weakened by any improper repair by an unauthorised person.
- This warranty card is produced along with the appliance under complaint.
- The cost of transporting to the dealer's premises or our service centre and back shall be borne
by the customer.
- This warranty is given in lieu of and excludes every condition or warranty not herein
expressively set out all liabilities for every form of consequential loss or damage is hereby
expressly excluded.
- Defects due to negligence or not following the instructions mentioned in the manual will not be
covered by this warranty.
